Chocolate Burlesque is THE party of CHOCA: Chocolate Festival Amsterdam.
The evening consists of a one and a half hour show AND party with surprises.
Organisor Madame Risquée has joined forces with Amsterdam Marcanti, The Home of Burlesque!, Master of Ceremonies Shai Shahar and promotor Koos van Dijk to bring you an evening with plenty of chocolate (themed acts). This kind of Burlesque event is the first one in the Netherlands situated in a real nightclub with true theatre stage. There is a limited amount of VIP tables in front of stage. You can dance throughout the night and the 'burlesque style' luxurious benches are there for a talk, flirt or short rest.

Taking the traditional art of burlesque a step further Madame Risquée has not only brought burlesque to Amsterdam but has re-invented burlesque for the 21st century by organising several platforms for beginning and established Burlesque and Variété performers. Also scouting for new talent and training are some of her activities. Madame Risquée works with a professional group of (international) performers. Together they bring you an entertaining night full of Variété, Burlesque, Comedy, Magic and Theatre.

Chocolate Burlesque allows audiences to experience all of the allure and glamour of past eras in a new and vibrant way.
This is a once a year event, but from the same makers a brand new series of shows called CC Burlesque will start from february 2010!
